2. Shipping Outside the United States

LavaFind currently ships exclusively within the United States.

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Customers outside the United States may not be able to complete checkout.

3. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times at a Glance

We offer free standard shipping within the United States. There are no hidden shipping or handling fees. Taxes, where applicable, are calculated at checkout.

Orders received on business days by 5:00 PM (ET) begin processing the same day.

Partial shipments: If individual items in an order are temporarily unavailable, we may ship your order in separate parcels where reasonable for you. You will never pay additional shipping costs for split shipments.

4. Undeliverable Packages and Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs for reshipment after an incorrect address may be charged to the customer. In justified cases (for example, an error on our side), we cover all costs.

5. Shipping Process

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with a complete summary of your purchase.

We then begin processing your order. Processing usually takes 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday.

As soon as your package ships, you will receive another email with your tracking information.

Transit usually takes 5–7 business days, Monday through Friday, after shipment.

The total estimated delivery time is therefore approximately 6–9 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or periods of high order volume.

In the event of a delay beyond the estimated delivery window, customers are informed by email about the current order status. Shipments can also be tracked at any time via the tracking link included in the shipping confirmation. You can also check the status of any order on our Track Your Order page using your order number and email address.

6. If Your Delivery Is Delayed

If an order has not arrived after the maximum stated delivery time, we recommend waiting up to 2 additional business days and checking your tracking link.

7. Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as early as possible at info@lavafind.com or by phone at +19175902721, before the order has shipped.

If the order has already shipped, it can be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
