We currently ship within the United States only.

We ship via USPS and UPS, whichever offers the most reliable service to your address.
How can I track my order?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard US shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a voluntary 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in that case, we cover it.
How do I start a return?

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes — email us and we'll help arrange a direct exchange, or you can return your item and place a new order.
Are candles returnable once burned?
No, burned or used candles can't be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

What are your candles made of?
Our candles are hand-poured from natural soy wax with cotton wicks and thoughtfully sourced fragrance oils.
How do I care for my ceramic decor?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
How long does a candle burn?
Burn times vary by candle size; check the individual product page for details.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Many of our items are restocked regularly — email us if you'd like to be notified when a specific piece is back.
