We hope you love what you ordered, but if it doesn’t work out, we’ve got your back. Here’s what you need to know about refunds:

When Will I Get My Refund?

Once we’ve received your returned item and inspected it, we’ll issue your refund. This usually happens within 14 days of the return arriving at our facility.

How Will I Be Refunded?

Your refund will go back to the same method you used to pay — whether that’s a credit card, PayPal, or something else. Please allow your bank up to 3–5 business days to process and reflect the funds.

Are There Any Deductions?

A few things to remember:

• Original shipping charges aren’t refunded.
• If the return wasn’t caused by a mistake on our end, we may deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
